Taylor Parker, J.D. has served as a Title IX Coordinator at both public and private institutions of higher education, including University of Tampa, where she has served as Title IX Coordinator since October 2023. In these and prior roles as an ADA Coordinator, Deputy Title IX Coordinator, and Case Manager, she has experience investigating complaints, managing complex cases, developing policies, and overseeing civil rights compliance.
Parker earned her Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law in 2017, where she served as a Center Fellow and Research Assistant at the Center for Excellence in Higher Education Law and Policy. She has also served as an adjunct professor of law, creating and delivering a course on student rights and responsibilities.
