Leigh Parker brings experience from both student affairs and higher education law. She holds a master’s degree in Higher Education Administration from The George Washington University where she was the Interim Greek Life Director, and a law degree from Stetson University College of Law where she was the Fellow of the Center for Excellence in Higher Education Law and Policy.
Leigh directed the first-ever higher education law consortium of 13 private colleges and universities affiliated with the Georgia Independent College Association. She has served as a Title IX Coordinator for colleges and universities of various sizes and affiliations, both public and private. She has also advised the University System of Georgia and the Technical College System of Georgia. Leigh provides consulting services including third-party investigator and adjudication services.
