S. Daniel Carter co-founded SAFE Campuses, LLC in 2017. With more than 35 years of experience, he is a trusted leader in Clery Act compliance, Title IX support, and hazing prevention. Carter has advised hundreds of institutions, helped shape key federal legislation including the Stop Campus Hazing Act, and is regularly quoted in major media.
