With over a decade of experience, she has developed deep expertise in Clery Act, Title IX, and student conduct implementation, as well as HR and operations leadership across industries. She has held key roles across institutional and organizational settings and is recognized for bridging legal compliance with practical, student-centered approaches.
As Director of Training at SAFE Campuses, LLC, Melissa designs and delivers impactful professional development experiences that equip campus professionals with the tools to build strategic, sustainable safety and compliance frameworks.
Melissa holds an M.A. in Higher Education/Student Personnel from the University of Mississippi, and dual B.A. degrees in Psychology and Criminology from Pennsylvania State University. She is also certified through the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM-CP) and is a published author in the Journal of American College Health.
